We want you to be fully satisfied with your Google device; if you are not, you can return most items within 15 calendar days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in their original condition and include all accessories and packaging to be eligible.

Return Process

  Start your return

  Log in to your Google Store order history, select the item you wish to return, and click the 'Return' button to initiate the request.

• 2.
  Print your label

  Check your email for a return authorization and a prepaid shipping label, then print them out to include with your package.

• 3.
  Package the device

  Place the device in its original packaging along with all cables and power adapters to ensure a successful refund process.

• 4.
  Ship it back

  Attach the prepaid label to the box and drop it off at any authorized shipping location; your refund will be processed once the item is inspected.
